No matter how much we might disagree on things, we must always understand that this election is about a lot more than red and blue. It is about lives being lost because people deemed some to be less important than others. At the end of the day it is about saving families from having to see their loved ones sick.

Once upon a time, the only thing we had to worry about was immigration arguments, arguments over abortion, religion, and the right to choose a lover. While to some of us, these things might still be very valid issues, there is another issue today that blankets all of the issues above. It is the right to live in a COVID free environment. We are fighting for the right to live in a country without ongoing violence. Our leadership is lacking in so many different directions right now. We have rioting that has now gone on for months, attacks from various groups within America on other citizens.

Instead of seeing leadership that aims to calm the storm, we see people still stoking the flames. Just as my sister and her husband are home with COVID today, it could be yours tomorrow. How do we prevent more cases in the future? This election has to focus on healing our country. If we vote for anything less than making this country whole again, we are co-signing our own destruction.
